Killin.

It was a bit quiet at work so a few days of rest were required. I knew the campsites in the Killin area had closed for the season therefore it was a quick keek on Laterooms.com to see what was on offer and there it was.........the Killin Hotel doing B&B for about the same as it costs to park the caravan on a half decent site for the night and breakfast was thrown in.


This wee hotel is brilliant, the staff are very attentive without being in your face, the food is the best and the room was clean, tidy and freshly decorated. One wee moan was the shower, which delivered as much cold water as you wanted but not a lot of hot!


Met big Dunkie, Jock The Box's latest musical partner in crime, Superwoman and a Swedish version of Bob The Builder called Boba Di Builder.


A great couple of days and nights. Thanks to everyone.

Oban and Mull.

Just back from a great weekend wi the newly formed Fud family, to Oban, which included a wee trip over to Mull on Saturday afternoon. Shenanigans played the Woodside Hotel nuthouse till 2 in the morning on Sunday. Thanks again to Joe The Tiler, Joe the Dancing Joiner, Stevie Cabletie, Gerry Smith and Veronica.
